C300: Waveform + Spot meter

I'm fairly new to the C300 (previously had the F3) and am trying to find a comparable function to the numerical spot meter on the F3 for the purpose of exposing C-log properly. I know some users recommended the waveform monitor on the C300, but there doesn't seem to be a numerical read out to expose at the 37% or so that is recommended for middle grey on C-log.

Any ideas? Perhaps I just missed the button that does this...
 
The very top mark of the waveform is 110 IRE. The marks go down in increments of 10 IRE from that, alternating between white and gray lines.
