Water proof and all-weather resistant camera body and lenses

It would be great to be able to use the Red on any weather imaginable, be it rain, snow, or whatever you can think of whithout additional accesories.

Taking it further, the body could be thinked of as an underwater housing, it could be 10, 50 or 200 meter water resistant. Add a rotating front glass on all red lenses and you'd be ready to shoot almost anywhere anytime. Would be particularly handy to shoot nature scenes, chase tornadoes and to film extreme water sports (and so many other things...)

Also, extreme temperature changes shouldn't affect camera performance or durability.

BTW, this is my fist post here so I salute you all.

Great idea. Not necessarily very easy to implement with all the connectors, and slots for drives and batteries not to mention the lens mount. But I just want to know why I can't get a waterproof cellphone. That's a whole lot easier.

Lawyers don't let companies say waterproof, just water resistant. Because some idiot will open housing underwater and say it's not water proof. But I want one that is at least splash proof.
