Was someone selling homemade DSLR shoulder mounts?

I remember seeing a really cheap homemade DSLR shoulder mount that someone was making, or maybe it was just a cheap shoulder mount.

Regardless, can anyone recommend the best shoulder mount for under $200?

Check out Cheesycam.com They have tons of cheap DIY stuff on there. Tell Emm, (The Administrator of the site) that Terry sent you. If you aren't the DIY type, let me know, I have built tons of them.

after doing a little bit of research I ended up getting the jag35 fieldrunner with the D3 follow focus

Yeah, I don't think I have much of the time and patience to make my own right now. Or maybe I do, and I'm just lazy.

I purchased one from the guy in Korea on the auction site.. I love it and it was priced well bellow anyone else in the US, but dont price it according to the buy-it now auctions, wait till there is one with an offer or low minimum, since they have several on auction at any one time you're likely to win one at their minimum auction start price, I did.

The unit is very well built, I use some indi carbon rods instead of the ones supplied, makes the rig a little lighter since I am also using a D/focus 2, a 4x4" matte box and a liliput 8" on the monitor arm, and the camera is a T2i.

Im extremely happy with it and how much I saved. probably paid total with all the accessories what some brands starting rigs go for. BTW I believe i got mine for about $250 with the monitor arm. might go for less with out and be well in your budget or right at it

good luck
