Voting preview

How much of these results will the filmmakers get to see? Do people usually start threads about each short and discuss it? I, for one, think that it would be really helpful to hear some forum feedback.
 
In the ZombieFest each filmmaker was encouraged to create a thread for his/her film. It was in there that discussion could take place...us as viewers would make our comments/criticisms/etc and the filmmaker would defensively rebut us :)

It was actually a good mechanism to discuss what people liked/disliked and to learn more how particular effects/moves/etc were achieved.

I'm so anxious that I'm about to start a thread for my film right NOW! ;) J/K But, yeah, it seemed like a really good system for discussion. I am sure it'll work in much the same way.

I opened the originals in a new window, copied their http location and set them up in a MS Word file to copy to the posts.

I love hearing all of your input--because it's *your* fest. The composite score will be caculated automatically, but you can always tweak your individual ratings if you want to change the final result. Of course we'll post all the results and we will again have each filmmaker start their own discussion thread in a special subforum.
