Vimeo hd uploading

[Ryan CBP]

Ok so I've already followed the tutorial on vimeo and it isn't really giving me enough. I'm not quite getting the HD. Can anyone who uses FCP and compressor give me a rough settings list.

check out my vimeo there and see the most recent videos. Could it be a setting on the A1? It's set to HD (before anyone asks that question haha).

Any help is welcomed, thank you!

i export using quicktime compression. h.264 (mov) seems to get me the best quality. i dont really use compressor unless its for dvd.

Check this out for Final Cut - http://eugenia.gnomefiles.org/images/mp4-h264.jpg

These settings convert a 2 min hd video into an 80 mb file that looks great.
