also i allways get confuesd on this casuse some people dont list can we get togher a thread that every body says weather they used a dvx or hvx or what ever camera, every one file in on that maybe u can add that to Jason so we know what device made the pretty dramatic pictures that we await that when we see our heads will dance lol :)

I won't go searching out that info, like I did for the links. But, if folks want to send me that info., I will be glad to add it next to each films title, if you guys want that.

Some that I know, off the top of my head:
At the Park - HVX (shot to mini dv)
Dissonance - DVX and 35 adapter
eighteen seconds - Andromedized DVX (I think)
Semele - HVX (pretty sure)
Threading the Needle - HVX
Violet - DVX, 8mm, and SDX-900(thanks, Blaine). Various cameras, but the trailer that was uploaded is all DVX

That's all that I know of, for sure, from reading the threads over the last months.

The films are worth the wait--this might be my favorite fest so far. Really good variety of stuff and the cinematography skills are amazing--lots of pro level shooting. Better actors. Just cool stuff. We'll get em out to you guys as soon as we can.
 
Can only imagine the slog y'all are going through to get this all up and out and onto our greedy harddrives.

Yep, SEMELE was HVX/M2 combo with Canon lenses, and WHERE SILENCE FALLS was the same, since we used Ryan's camera/M2 for that one as well.

Germanity was shot on a DVX 100b with an M2 35mm lense with a selection of nikon lenses.

Alright, alright. You got me. Updated the list with the ones I know for sure what they were shot on. Anyone else who wants their cam specs' added, pm me and I'll add it to the list.

So, how is everyone going to view the films?

Will you be watching all of them?

Alphabetical order? Most hyped order? Reverse alphabetical? Whatever...? Favorites only?
 
How is everyone getting banners in to their signatures? Sorry new to DVXuser (joined because I am co-director/co-producer/co-writer with Leo Fernandez on The Broadcast starring Kimko. I am used to this style of a forum, but never had been able to figure out the picture stuff.
 
Since this isn't the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, every picture entered is up for Best Picture. So, yes, I'll be watching every picture to make sure I choose the best one. I'm not sure what order I'll be watching them in, though.
