C100: Video I made on C100 and 5D3

The one take has been done a lot for music videos, but it's usually just a show of coordination. It's cool, it's impressive, but it's just an effect (see every OK Go! video). Every once in a while it helps to set a tone, or mood, or move a narrative forward (see Birdman).

I like this one because it conveys that dream sequence feeling...

That video... whoa. Pretty awesome.

I hate to beat a dead horse, but I did indeed take to heart some of the suggestions many of you had concerning the lighting of my video. So, I bought the Aputure http://www.adorama.com/APUHR672SSW....m=Email&utm_campaign=AdoramaOrderConfirmation kit from Adorama. I have some halogen lights mixed in with some cheap flouresent kits I bought off of ebay. However, after much research I decided to invest in the direction of LED's realizing this is the future, unless of course yer an old antiquated dinosaur of the past.

So, the question is what would be your suggestions for lighting this kind a scene? I feel i'm new to the concept of lighting, but just dangerous enough to know a little. As stated I have 3 Led panels ( Arriving Thursday) to work with, as well as some other lighting, but I'm afraid to mix Led's incandescence, and fluorescence together, so I want to just stay with the Aputure Led kit.
