video for a local website

That was really well done! There are quite a few skate videos that get posted, and I think this is one of the best I've seen. I liked the motion-tracked title and the warm feeling you gave it. Nice to see a non-punk skate video. The editing was great as well, I thought it flowed quite nicely.

Nice stuff.... it helps when you've got a good skater to work with too... I remember trying to make a skate video for my bro. back in the day, and he wasn't exactly a good skater... one land for every twenty misses... hehe. Good stuff dude!
 
thanks, ive never used after affects before, but for that title i did, and it was really easy, i just used vector paint to erase the frames when the skater was on top of it.

most of todays "good" skate montages/ videos aren't punk like what most stereotypical people think. (not say that you are a steretypical person) more or less look up some skate websites and see how most of the people making them have some really good knowledge backing programs such as AE, Flame, maya, fcp, and avid

hey chris i liked it man good music and great stuff to watch i really liked ur picture quality what were ur setting on the dvx ? what u use for CC ? and what u use to edit ? and did u use the anmorphic adapter ? and was it just natural outside lightinh with reflectors or no reflectors just barebones ?

Nice clip. Good mix of shots and editing. Coloring is good. Pump up the saturation a little?
 
No, its not HVX, i used a DVX100b, filmed most of it in 24p. but i compresssed it as 29.97 becuase for some reason it looked better.
 
what were the settings on ur dvx100b. that footage came out real good. im actually going to orlando soon to film for my video subterranean, im coming down from boston and staying with some people. check out my sites stuff at jonwolf.org
