Thanks Chris, let us all continue questioning and challenging. And yes I think Panasonic should sort out ELN614s cameras- they just aren't working as they should.

Looks like I need to call my rep today.
Rod, did they tell you everything they replaced? a guideline for my service center.
I will collect all my bad footage and see if that is enough ...hoping I don't have to do object pre-planned testing. (call me lazy)

Yes they suggested that the lens was a bit "sticky" and replaced the whole lens and servo assembly. I believe it is modular. I would set up a test if I were you, it only took me 10 minutes to do the test chart sequence. It meant that they could replicate the test on a control camera. Evidence is so much more definitive and harder to deny. Let us know how it goes. Best of luck from "the team".
