General "Video Camera X" pixture style for post-editing

I have an EOS M and installed the Video Camera X picture style which is advertised as flatter to aid in post-editing.

Would you recommend bringing down the values that can be brought down even more/less than zero or leave values at zero?

I would think the style is optimized to be used at zero value settings, and that lowering them might take too much information away from the picture. That being said....do a quick 10 second shot with values at zero, then one with values lowered and test it out.

I've been doing some tests betweem Cinestyle, Superflat and Marvels. It would be interesting to see where X fits in. Do you have a download link?
Thanks

Thanks. I guess I was concerned that going any lower would lose too much information.
You're right, I should just do some tests.
