verifying dropped frames

During a shoot with my Canon t2i, my 16 gig class 10 sdhc card filled.

I was starting pack up when I found an old 16 gig sdhc in my pocket, and began to shoot with that. I thought it would start dropping frames like mad, as it is an older memory card with no speed rating at all.

To my surprise it seem to play quite nicely in camera as well as on the editing platform. It occurred to me that it might be dropping frames, but I have no way of verifying it for sure. To the eyeball, it looked ok.

Is there a method of verifying dropped frames on Canon footage?

Thanks for responding, Jordan.

I was kinda hoping there'd be a message... "you've got X dropped frames..." in the info properties.

Anyways, I'll stick to the class six or above to be safe.
