GH2 variable ND filters for 37mm μ4/3 lenses

Hi all,

While I do have MF Nikkors to use on my GH2, the fact of the matter is that I rarely have the luxury to use them. I need the AF, even if it sometimes hunts on the GH2.

I think all of my μ4/3 lenses are 37mm threads right now and so I've finally found a Kenko 37 mm - 52 mm filter adapter ring.

Looking around for 52 mm variable ND filters, Lightcraft Workshop sells them (I have their 77mm and it works well.)

Is this what others are using when they need to put a variable ND on their μ4/3 37 mm threaded lenses?

thanks!

I just got the Polaroid variable ND from B&H. It came in 46mm so it fits direct on the Lumix 14 and 20mm pancakes (has a 49mm thread on the outer side - wierd). It would be a simple matter to use a 37-46mm stepup ring.

The only 37mm filter threaded lenses I have to "contend with" are the Olympus 45mm f1.8 (surprised the heck out of me that the filter thread on that one is THAT SMALL) and the 14-42mm "kit" lens that came with my Olympus Pen E-P3

So far I'm seeing no color cast from the Polaroid variable 46mm.
