C100: Using zoom control/varizoom?

[grantw]

Just got this zoom controller but seems not to be working on my C100:

Varizoom VZRL100
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JR1XQM2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Anyone know if this isn't the right one or if I"m doing something wrong. Can't find any type of settings. When I hit the 'record' button it starts. But the zoom control does nothing.

Is there another one I should be getting?

Varizoom makes a controller for the C100, which works moderately well for remote manual focus. https://www.amazon.com/Varizoom-VZR...&qid=1484408411&sr=1-1&keywords=varizoom+c100

But, there is no zoom controller for the C100 since the C100 doesn't have a built in motorized zoom lens.
