I've got a Canon t3i and recently picked up some lenses, even got them cleaned. I was hoping to try various vintage lenses with Canon t3i to experiment. I got quite a few lens adapters from Amazon before I went about buying lenses but I can't figure out how to mount these lenses on the body of the camera.
The two lenses I have are
SMC Pentax 1:1.4 50mm
Pentacon Prakticar 1:2.4 MC 50mm
These are the two adapters I have:
Fotodiox Lens Mount Adapter, Olympus OM Zuiko Lens to Canon EOS Camera
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001G4NBNC/ref=oh_details_o00_s02_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Fotodiox Lens Mount Adapter, Black M42 (42mm x1 thread Mount) Lens to Canon EOS DSLR Adapter, fits Canon EOS 1d,1ds,Mark II, III, IV, 5D, MarK II, 7D
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001G4QXN2/ref=oh_details_o00_s03_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Sorry for appearing so ignorant. I thought the M42 adapter would work with these lenses. Is there any other adapter that will help me use these lenses? Thanks!
