Using Raylight for 1080 24pa before Avid

I have (2) 8 gig cards and (2) 4 gig cards.
I dump them to my backup drive. Use MXFX to remove the 2.3.3.2 and of course it makes a new contents folder which I import the clips into my Avid project and it copies the media to my working hard drive. Sounds like a lot of steps but it's the same process as FCP.
 
Yes all of that worked fine for me, imported the cards etc. However since I logged my shots, thats when I realized some shots were not there inside Avid. I was working with 20 cards, mostly 16GB. I guess they recommend a consolidation step before raylight now.
