Using HVX200 in 1920x1080 timeline. Need advice.

We shot a feature on DVX and upconverted using the Panasonic 1400 deck to a 1920x1080 timeline in FCP running at 23.98. Actually looks ok.

We need to shoot some additional footage on an HVX200 and plan to use the P2 Cards to shoot DVCProHD.

The Questions:

1) What is the best flavor of DVCProHD to shoot on the HVX if we are interested in maximum compatability with our 1920x1080 10bit 23.98 FCP timeline? 720p? 1080i? 24N?

2) Also, what's the best method or blowing up DVCProHD to 1920x1080 resolution? Final Cut? AfterEffects? Something else?

There is no blowing up involved, the HVX records anamorphic (non-square pixel) 1920x1080.
