Using EVF and LCD simultaneously

I have searched the menus but can't seem to get the EVF to say on when the LCD screen is open. I have gotten used to using both on the HVX 200 and HPX170. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Turn HD-SDI off, and EVF MODE to "on".

Thanks Barry. Is there a way to have EVF/LCD on and use the SDI out? If not this is a compromise I won't be too pleaded with. Any idea why I have less of a manual than bgundu?

There are four outputs -- EVF, LCD, SDI, and HDMI. You cannot have all four at the same time.

You can have EVF+LCD+HDMI.
You can have EVF+HDMI+SDI
You can have LCD+HDMI+SDI

But you cannot have EVF+LCD+SDI. Not an option.

As far as manuals, there are two, a Vol. 1 and a Vol. II, make sure you're looking at the right one...

Jan & Barry have indicated it's a result of the power requirements - you can't run all four (HDMI is always on) at once. SDI requires enough power such that you pick EVF or LCD when it's running.
