It is 10:00 AM Mountain Time, Sat 2/18.

I have connected my brand new PIX-E5 to my DVX200 but can't get the DVX record button to trigger the PIX-E5. Can anyone send me explicit dummy version instructions. I am driving to the location now, hoping to arrive by 11:30.

I have DVX set to Dual Codec, SDI out (I am SDI connected to PIX)

Recording 1080 in DVX and ProResLT in PIX.

Go to the Output Setup menu and turn on SDI REMOTE and REMOTE REC LINK.

Hi,

Turning on SDI REMOTE and REMOTE REC LINK didn't do the trick, so I ran the job manually. Later I found out that I also needed to choose Sony instead of Panasonic as the trigger type. Now it works.

Also, I was able to make the PIX take the timecode from the SDI video feed out of my DVX200. I'm happy about that too.
