Urgent! No soundrecording possible!

I don't know what happened and I've done nothing to the camera, but all of a sudden there's no soundrecording enabled! I've tried everything, switching between line and mic at the front, switching on ALC, powersupply to the external mic, but the internal mic won't work either. I can play sound from tape, but I can't record. Doesn't matter if the volume is set to full...

I need help now, because I'm about to record sound effects that needs to be done this week!

Please answer me!

Sorry to sound condescending, I'm certainly not meaning to, but I do have to ask the basics like: are the potentiometers dialed all the way down? Do you have the int/ext switches set appropriately? Did you turn the level meters off in the display menu?

In general it's not possible to disable sound recording; if you wanted no sound you'd have to turn the pots all the way down, or set it to external but not have any mic connected. Otherwise, you should always be getting a signal.

No prob, but I did test all the settings, I know my camera very well.
I tried everything possible with the settings, it just don't work :(

Update!

It seems that if I put the rec volume to full and clap my hands, the camera reacts. It's like it has a gate that is reacting to very strong sounds... nothing I do changes this though and with an external mic, this does not happen.

What the hell is wrong with my camera?? Please help!

As said, I already tried every camera setting, phantom included, I use a Neumann KM 185, which works perfectly, but I also tried the internal mic without success. I only get some "clicks" when recording at full rec volume and with load noises like clapping my hands or screaming.

Now, I used this camera for years and I know the settings, I know that there's nothing wrong with them, also because I recently used it and never changed anything since then. This issue just appeared now and the only thing I've done is that I changed the screwthread for tripods.
I did this by opening up the bottom and replaced the metal piece.
Are there any wires there that might have been damaged?

I will call service this monday, but I want to be sure that this isn't something I can fix right now.

When shooting I use both the internal mic and the external with phantom power. There has never been any trouble with that before.

If you know the settings are correct, and all other outside affectors ahve been eliminated, then it must be a problem with the camera somewhere.

Here is a video with the audio recorded. This is the only thing I get through the internal mic and with an external I get nothing. As you can hear, it's nothing more then "clicks" and "pops" when doing a sound that is very loud.
The recording volume is at max.

What the hell happened to my camera???

As you know all the settings for your camera allready, this is obviously a situation for the service center.
