Urgent - Firewire port picture needed

Hey guys I need a close up picture of the XH-A1's firewire port. I think we may have damaged ours. I need to see if the bottom pin is supposed to be pushed in further then the top three or not.

I don't have my A1 with me, nor a picture of the port, but I'd be willing to bet that the A1's firewire port is the same as any other cameras. Google firewire ports.

Mine doesn't look anything like that. That black piece you see in there, isn't there on mine. It's just copper looking pins. One of them pushed in nearly all the way.

Doesn't sound good. I believe these are a little prone to being damaged easily.

Just had mine replaced, and I'm now using an old HV10 for capture, just to be sure
