uploading 7d into final cut pro

i have a general question. I shot some videos using my 7d and i was wondering what type of settings i should use while importing to get the best video. i shot all of mine 720 60p
 
use mpeg streamclip to convert your footage to apple pro res. then import into FCP and edit. export as an h.264.

mpeg streamclip is free downloadable software and there are plenty of tutorials online. google it!
