Hey Briceman... quick request... can you throw the number of people on the list on there somewhere so we don't have to count every time you update? Seems like it'd be much easier for you since you know how many people you've just added to the list. Just a thought!

I think I am need to rent a sci-fi film today because of all this anticapation. Fourty-somthing submissions should make for a very cool competition. I 'm stoked to see everyone's short.

Does anyone know if it's all right to direct non-DVXUsers to watch the shorts once they're posted on the web? Will non-DVXUsers have access?

Briceman, I've seen your movie weighs more than 600 Mb. What compressor do you use? I couldn't get more than 290 Mb.

Yeah, janzie, I know, but all the movies in DVD version where about 300 Mb, I intended to get more image quality, but wasn't able to.
My movie is about 5min 30sec and at maximum quality, it's 286 Mb. I wonder how briceman can get this size in MPEG2.

As I used some cgi scenes in my movie ( I rendered them directly over the movie not using alpha for I did not have the time ) getting uncompressed files that made my movie a littler bigger at the end even after compressing it to mpeg2. So size should not really matter for it depends on the way you made your movie. Well, at least it was what happened to me. Luck to you all and may the best movie win !!!!
 
I'm uploaded but I think i did something wrong, my file size is too small. Gonna check, but I'm up there.
