Upgrading DV Rack problems

ust got a copy of DV Rack and the HDV upgrade from B&H this morning ( No Jap writing on the box!) and installed. Registered it online and then went to do the $99 upgrade to version 2.0HD. But it kept telling me that either the product was out of stock or there was nothing in my shopping trolley. Tried it a few times with no luck.

Is the upgrade shipping yet or is there just a glitch in the system?
