Well, it happened. I have an ssd that the oddyssey can't recover. This is my first day to go out and shoot a lot. So the fact I have already had this problem is a bit disconcerting. The ssd was an official convergent design drive. I will say that I was shooting a lot of 4k to prores hq at 120 fps one after another. So that may have been what caused the problem. Any other way that I could recover the drive?

I have had many issues with my 7q+ lately. 2 times this has happened to me and had a drive not mount at all. Its so frustrating I really hope the new firmware fixes this. Same issue as you, 120fps in 4k burst. This software recovered my bad drives except the 1. Good luck.

We also recommend the program Picture Rescue 2, which is just $20. It does take a very long time to cull the material from the SSD.

Hi Mitch, I contacted you guys with a support ticket on the website yesterday and send an email to cdsupport@convergent-design.com but still no reply on both. The client needs the files this week so if someone could look at it asap?
