Undesirable Results (Screens + Clip)

Yes. Although I haven't pulled any good screens from my other HMC0150. As soon as I finish installing FCP I'll take a gander.

The only thing I can think of is Scene File 1 is not to be used... or some other setting in the camera is messing things up. I'm going to reset both cameras, but not until I get some more footage out of them at their current settings.

It's worth noting... Using the same shooting techniques I shot some amazing footage using Scene File 5 default just like a few weeks ago.

I've used scene file 4 with fantastic results. I hope its not an issue of scene files though..that's a drastic hit in quality if so.

Please keep us updated.

looks like underexposed with gain on plus out of focus to me.

of course anything you blow up to 400X you're gonna see pixelation IMO.

On which grab? There is NO gain on both outdoor grabs. On the bride shot it's possible to be a little out of focus but that has nothing to do with the quality of the image. If it were out of focus it would be blurry, not blotchy. On the second shot I know I zoomed in and pulled focus. The only time I don't do that is occasional glidecam shots.

This was pulled from Color. As you can see the shot of the bride is not underexposed. There is no gain and I think it's safe to say the bride isn't out of focus. If she was it would only mean she would be blurry.

I'm not talking about 400x pixelation... I'm talking about 100% looking like crap. I posted the 200x and 400x I was just trying to be helpful.

I'm not claiming the camera is crap, I'm claiming the images I'm getting from the the camera is crap and I'm admitting it's because of my operator error. I just wish I could figure out what I could do to fix this problem.
