Just had a shoot this past weekend, and noticed some serious strobing in my footage. I was shooting in the blazing sun with 1080 24fps at 50 shutter speed.
It's funny you mention that, because I had something similar happen to me, but it was while I was shooting at 1280x720 60fps. I had to increase shutter, then revert back to where I was at, then the strobing effect stopped.
