UHD HDMI wireless transmission

I'm wondering whether the HDMI out of the A7s can be transmitted to the O7Q+ wirelessly? Anyone tried or know?

There's plenty that will be 1080p, i'm wondering about the full UHD signal from the A7s, it's 8 bit and i don't know what kind of data rates these wireless links are using.

the only one im aware of is from silicon image. i don't think it's out yet though (they announced it at last years CES).

I do not believe there is a solution currently commercially available.

I would state that I would never trust a wireless transmission to feed an Odyssey or any other recorder. The signals are simply not reliable enough.

I've said it over and over with audio: wireless is a last resort, not a first. This is quadruply true with video. That kind of bandwidth over wireless is just asking for trouble. Begging for it. Why can't you use a wire?

But to answer your question, there are no QHD wireless rigs I know of. Maybe NAB...
