Hello! I wanna put an ext microphone on my xh a1, but i wanna have the sound of the ext. and the internal microphone on 2 sound tracks... is this possible? i mean on the dvx does it work!
:violin:Yes and it's internal mic will pick up and amplify the zoom/hand noise and all the rest too! So run two XLR's like everyone else, or an xlr in the shotgun position on camera and your lav or boom on subject.
That's the way it is. Take the time to get great audio. It's worth the effort.
