Trying to intercut Varicam and HVX footage -- PIXELATION PROBLEM

I am working on a project where we have 720 24p footage from an HVX200 and also 720 PRORES Footage from a Varicam, I am working in FCP using a DVCPRO HD 720 24p standard sequence and for somereason the Varicam footage is exporting extremely pixelated. I then created a sequence with the ProRes specs and exported a test clip and got the same pixelation problems... Is there something I'm missing?

720p ProRes from Varicam? That camera shoots DVCPRO HD...why didn't you capture it in the native format if you intended to intercut it with P2 DVCPRO HD?
