Trying to get 25p Slowmo to work at 25p Regular speed???

Shoot on a 7&5D, Am cutting in FCP. Using Cinema Tools to conform 50p to 25p, but want to use the 25p "Slow Mo" stuff at "Normal Speed". Love the slowmo stuff but would like to have the option to also be able to use same footage at normal speed. Up till this point I've been taking my conformed slowmo stuff into FCP then cut out every second frame...HAHAHA...Crazy right???....but that is hella tedious and I know there is an easier way. Have been Googling like crazy but with no results. Suggestions for apps, plugins or whatever would be muchly appreciated (preferably Free...HAHAHA)...Cheers very much...
 
Either make a duplicate before you conform with cinema tools, or maybe try speed it up 200% on the timeline and make sure frame blending is off. I don't know what effect this will have on the audio, though.
 
Oh Sweet...Thanks guys...well that was easy...HAHAHAHA...freakn hek. Ive been trying to meet a deadline and ended up doing that whole cutting every second frame thing...Was gonna try learning twixtor but my brain was already fried from too many all nighters...I knew it was something so simple. Thanks again.
