I followed the steps outlined in the pdf on firmware updates from panasonic but when I put the SD card in the camera and turn it on and go to the operation menu the option to update does not show up . . . What am i missing?
Alright . . . maybe my not being as thorough as I should have been can help someone else . . . be sure to follow the the instructions to the letter. I changed the Private folder name and the SD card was not recognized. Once I reloaded the file UNTAMPERED WITH onto the SD card the update option appeared in the operations menu.
