Tripod for XH-A1 with Additions

I have an XH-A1 with no additions, such as adapters and the works.
I am looking to spend around $500-$600 on a tripod, preferably on the lower end of that range with a good smooth panning tripod that I can trust.
As I stated I dont have a 35mm adapter yet, but I am planning on getting on with a complete rails system obviously, along with a Matte Box later down the line.

Thinking of the SGblade or Letus Extreme.

I've looked up information and have only found the Libec LS-38 as a potential candidate, although it is out of my price-range, no harm in saving a tiny bit more if the quality is on a pedestal.

Anyway back to the point, are there any tripods you can recommend for my price range with the ability to pan smoothly?

Thanks for your time.

Search the forum for this answer. There are a lot of 20 pages threads on this subject matter. That link is a short one, but you'll get the idea.

Personally I used a Manfrotto 516 head with 515MVB legs on my last shoot and liked it a great deal. It was a ton better than the 501HDV I own. There are a lot of people that feel you can't live with out a tripod head that cost less than $1,000. Ehh.
