Trashing Powerbooks

I've just transferred about 40gb worth of cards off of my g4 powerbook to an external drive. Checked the clips and now I want to toss the contents folders in the trash for space for tomorrow's shoot.

I keep getting an unable to empty cause mxf and other files are locked.

Anyone know what this is all about?

This may work, hit the ctrl key and mouse key at same time when pointing at the folder, this should open a window. Under the General tab theres a "Locked" check box that needs unchecked. Good Luck
 
Hold down the option and you'll get an extra icon next to the trash so you can delete locked files like that
