DOC: TRAILER: HPV vaccine documentary - NEED FEEDBACK

Hey everyone, I'd really appreciate some feedback on our rough draft trailer. Right now the music is not ours, and we are using it as a placeholder/concept for when we have our music composed. I have been working on this documentary for the past year, before this came into the political spotlight. My inspiration to do this came when my younger sister was injured from the vaccine. We are currently in post, with a few more interviews lined up over the next two months.

I have to say that I found your trailer to be one of the more interesting projects that I have seen on this site.....

well cut, well composed and most importantly....a very interesting topic

how long will the final doc be?

my advice to u is to take the vid off of private and let as many people see it as possible....but maybe ur waiting till you've got more of a final cut...i duno but good work

Very impressive. It definitely makes me want to see the movie, and that's not usually my type of movie.

I don't know what you're thinking of for the final music. What you have currently seemed a little over the top to me. It sounded better suited to an action/adventure/suspense film. That's just my opinion, of course. Maybe that style appeals to most people.

Thanks the final doc will have two versions. A 40-50 minute long online version free for viewing, and a 1 1/2 long DVD with bonus features. I can't make make it public yet because the music is not licensed, and for moral and legal reasons I don't want to release it. It still has some polishing to be done to it as well.

Haha I agree a little over the top, but after searching literally thousands of songs the two songs in it created the closest thing to the mood that we could find. Our "real" trailer will be simpler, yet still have the same direction. But we really want to create a suspenseful mood.
