Trailer for short film - 550d

looked good. some scenes felt like they lacked that character closeup you should have to suck in the audience at the right moment (like when the mother(?) comes in the door being frustrated). But, as long as there's a good story, that's minor things :)
 
I'm excited for this. The characters act pretty good, though some spots they looked like they didn't want to be there. Overall though this is a real good peace of work and I can't wait to watch it.
 
Hi, thanks for your feedback. Which parts in particular did you think the actors looked like they didnt want to be there?
 
hmm, the scene where the mother was talking to her daughter. It didn't come off as motherly, it's just lacked some emotional oomph.
 
Oh right, do you mean where she says "I miss him too love, every day" ?

The daughter has already left at that point so the mum is talking to herself in response to something the daughter said.
