Just thought I would share some love for an AZ film-maker. Paul Denigris, a film-maker out of the Phoenix area, filmed this, I believe for his Master's Thesis (UAT). You can definitely see his dedication to the craft.

I went out there and provided the weapons for the gig, and have a 3 second bit part, LOL. Plus I drove one of the Humvees in a lot of the shots. And got to tool around in another one on the streets of Mesa, AZ. Boy, that that brought back a flood of memories from my days in the service. Forgot what a beast they were on city streets.

I have invited Paul to the site and this thread to discuss the film, hopefully, if he gets a chance he will. He is taking this film onto the festival circuit, I believe, and you all know how much time that takes.

I was really impressed with the VFX shots, especially the Humvee flipping.

I have to say, I don't think I have been on an Indie film where this much effort went into set design. They turned a garage completely into an Iraqi home interior, and set up exterior lighting for the windows. They custom built armor for the Humvee doors.

What happened to his chest rig and ammo? Soldier can't go fighting w/o a little trigger firefight. J/k
