Trailer for our BMX Film

Nice Trailer....The shot of the cars speeding by at night, what percentage did you use to get that look? I can relate very much to this video. I went to High School with and lived less than a mile away from Famous Bike Ramp rider MATT HOFFMAN when I lived out in Oklahoma. I used to ride his ramp at his house too.

sweet, man. looks pretty awesome. i bmx (i try, anyway) and this looks as good as any other bmx vids i've seen.

dvx100shooter.... you rode hoffman's ramp?!?! dude that's freakin awesome. he's like, my hero.

that is carzy! hahaa hoffman is a legend.
as for the traffic timelapse (and all the other timelapses), i didn't use the DVX, i used a canon 20d (its a dslr). by using an actual still camera you get total conrtrol over shutterspeeds. for example each frame in the traffic shot was a 7 second exposure so the lights streaked a lot more. so 7 seconds/frame which played back at 24fps would be equivalent to 16800% the original "real time" speed (7 seconds/frame * 24frames/second * 100% = 16800%). also, and you get almost 8 times the resoultion of SD video to work with so you you can easily pan across the timelapse without any degradation of quality. thanks for the feedback!

haha with the exception of one other guy, i am the only one who still wears their pads and helmet. i took a nasty fall last summer where i lost consciousness for a good bit. i was wearing my helmet and i don't even want to think about what the consequences would have been if i wasn't. reference this picture for the aftermath: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y185/doleboy2/IMG_0423.jpg

Yeah nice trailer. I don't shoot BMW myself but I'm shoot mostly extreme sports like wakeboard, skateboard and for sure snowboard! Great stuff man!
