Depends on how busy they are at Canon NY.....if everything is normal, probably a day or so....give them a ring on the Cinema EOS hot line and schedule it.

You can't change the EOS C500's mount, it is built into the chassis and is not like the EOS C300 Mark II.

looks like I'm still looking for a trade...c500 can not be changed to pl by Canon
