okay some where here there is a thread about this toy that looks like a DVX, so I went and bought it off ebay. it just came today and I realized I have absolutely no need for it... Honestly I'm not sure how it got here because the ebay seller wrote my address ON TOP of the packing tape, which easily rubs off, and left only remnants of my address... it's also from australia so it took a few weeks...
I paid $23, so for $25(paypal)(shipping included) you will have it in 2-3 days
I will also trade it for something of equal value

this is so great if i had a kid which i hope not becuase im still in highschool haha i would deffinatly buy this

If I was going to buy my kid a toy camera, I'd at least get him one that works. They have some at Wallymart for like $60. Not quite a 3 chipper, but more like a 3 megapixel jobber.
 
wait it doesn't do anything? Not even take like fake pics or something? Its japanese! Even their stuff animals do something!!!!
 
yah it has a little slide show type thing ala I think they were called view masters, it has a few different discs you can put in.. the "lcd" flips out and has a keypad that plays some weird music with the classic japanese girl voice and some other weird things..
 
sold, they are still on ebay, but it is a gamble like I said he wrote the address on TOP of the tape so it rubbed off, the only thing left was my name and part of the street address one letter of the city and one number from the zip.... also it took 3 weeks... but maybe there is some manufacturing info on the box, if anyone wants to figure out where he got it from, I can look...
 
I saw that thread and my first thought was that it would be great for a staged BTS where an insane director destroys cam2... or something like that.

Considering a candy glass bottle costs something like $20+ to break... why not a candy DVX? I almost bought one... same temptation... but didn't commit.
 
it's SECAM, but luckily it has 17 P2 slots, SATA, Bluetooth, and wireless firewire, the ports are just on the other side of the camera so you cant see it in the pic..
