Torn between Litepanel vs Firestore FS-4 HD

so im contemplating between getting a litepanel(on camera) or a firestore fs-4 hd.
Which one should I make a priority over the other? i was thinking of both... boi, this side hobbie is a $$$ mongre.

comeon, you're asking strange question , it depends on what you need.. i hate capturing video, but also need litepanel.. also i need normal steadicam, matte box, few filters LOL

we dont need matte box as much though. A1s have the lens hood for flares... yes i know its not as good as a matte box but its better than nothing

i saw thes led lights, but not an ultraportable solution for on camera mount also you cant use it for subtle effects, no dimmer, etc...

i got the fs-4 and so far it looks good. I just ran a test, recording in HD(M2T). The battery is rated for 90mins. I am now at 1hr 43mins, thats 10mins more. the camera is still recording. Will input on details later.
