too scared to open an Eclipse thread !

My wife is convinced I'll like it. I thought the first movie had a lot of potential but fell flat (due to the director), I felt the second movie was awful, and a waste of time... my wife pretty much agreed with my assessment of the two, but she really liked the third one. We'll see...

+1... its like sticking my finger back into the light socket! I am forced to see #3 tomorrow... the promise of "better werewolves" is what I get from my wife... hmmmm... I was thinking stronger plot, stronger characters, DRASTICALLY better dialogue... would be a more significant improvement than "better werewolf action."

BUT, my wife is a typical movie consumer! Who am I to dismiss that?!? I can sit on my "PERFECT" UNFINISHED SHITTY SCREENPLAY, and arrogantly and proudly poopoo a HUGELY successful, overly regurgetated vampire genre movie.... yep! I'm such an expert and my uninformed wife only knows what she likes... and buys movie tickets!

That Crappy-assed movie is making Meyer and others very very rich!

The first one was aweful because of the director... but also because of the scriptwriters and the original content... the third one may have a different director but it's still the same writers and content. Not even Steven Spielberg would be able to direct this script to something amazing. You can't polish s*** (no matter what mythbusters say).

Jamming your finger in a power socket is at least electrifying.

Which is not a word I would use in connection with the Twilight films.

If anything Catherine's problems as a director derive in part from her paying too much attention to things that don't deserve it...

I'm downloading it now on my sisters iTunes apple account. I don't have the balls to do it on my account. If you guys only knew...

Sparkly lovable vegetarian vampires? The concept borders on the obscene right out of the gate...

I'm glad someone else said it. I am glad to see the Estrie vampires get tossed around though. That will be pretty advantageous to my film.
