No. Why would anyone want to try any lens with a Canon camera? Canon cameras are stupid and overpriced.

I just don't understand these sarcastic posts where you don't even answer the question. You really like Canon. Cool... to each their own I guess.
Re: the actual lens, it's fine but not really great. 16-28 is a pretty small range even at 2.8. You're not getting the full frame benefits of the lens anyways - Tokina 11-16 is a better bargain and the Sigma 18-35 is a better lens overall IMO.

I shouldn't support this kind of behavior, but HA, sir.
But actually I'd kinda like to know the answer to the original question too. I haven't shot much with this sensor size so my idea of which focal lengths are capable of what isn't very solid. Would 16-28 make for a good wide range? Is the wider range of the 11-16 better for the things you might use a lens that wide for? If I'm doing my math right the 11-16 is almost 1.5 times wider at its widest than the 16-28.

For those not in the know, I am guessing Eric's sarcastic respons is in regard to lovecameras many posts where he bashes Canon cameras, and how expensive they are. In fact he has made soo many troll type posts, that it is very hard to take a ligetimite question seriously. Just my thought on the issue.
