To Live and Dine in L.A. - Starring David Hasselhoff

Hey Mike, just saw this on a link through your thrillfest banner. I liked this - the hoff solves all.

I was thinking of going B&W with my latest effort and I thought it worked on this, regardless of it being cheaper. It was all very seamless and a lighthearted fun short. I LOVED Knight Rider as a kid and the phone gag made me laugh the most. Really nice that he turned up for this. I guess you were under pressure to get his pieces shot as quickly as possible.

Did you get it premiered at Sundance?

Thanks! Yeah its a cool little film and Hoff is the nicest guy.

Unfortunately we didn't get selected to appear at Sundance. That coupled with some weird legal issues regarding ownership, the only thing we could really do is post it online for free. But at least people are seeing it, which at the end of the day, is all that's important!

I watched it--so there's another hit for ya! Sorry to hear about the legal issues.

My favorite part is when the guy's phone rings and he's got the Knight Rider ring tone...

Very well done- good writing, acting and composition. It's a benchmark I'll use for my short- this thread should be getting more attention.
