I'm interested in getting a TM700 but I love how the 7D has that filmlike quality so im a little torn.. is there any way to get that same type of film look with a TM700? if it is possible do i need adapters or anythin like that? Also, the TM700 records at 60p but im told to get the film type look it should be 1080/24p.. so would it be possible to convert 60p into 24p?

The TM700 records to 24p with pull-down added. You just need something like NeoScene to remove it and so you'll get a pure 24p AVI stream.
People have talked about how the newest Edius editing softwares and Premiere CS5 can also do it to AVCHD files but I'm not really so how reliable that is. NeoScene is the safe bet.
