Hi All.
I was assisting on a commercial over the weekend with our brand new Canon C500. We had a Nanoflash attached with the record trigger set to camera timecode.
Problem is, with the camera mode in 2K or 4K (outputting a HD signal), the camera timecode options are greyed out and don't allow me to change the timecode from Free Run to Record Run.
So with the Camera outputting free run timecode the nanoflash interpreted this to record constantly.
Any thoughts as to how I can change the camera timecode to Record run. The manaul mentions nothing of this.
