AC160 Timecode does not appear on Video Out OSD (through AV-Out)

Recently the HDMI out port stopped working on my AC160P. I am planning on sending the camera in for repair, but in the meantime, I am using the AV out through composite cables. Strangely, the timecode does not appear on the top left hand corner through the Video Out, but does appear on the LCD. This is not the case through HDMI. I have tried downconverting the SDI out (in the menu) using a BNC cable with a composite video adapter, but it does not work.

Is the timecode supposed to appear on an external monitor and on the LCD or is that only through HDMI/SDI out?

Camera will be shipped off for service soon. I hope someone can answer this question, because it's really odd that timecode would not display through all video out connections.
 
That was actually the first thing that was done, but there is no specific option for timecode. Just to have a partial display or to display everything.
