Tilta Rig Base Plate: How to order?

After watching Erik Naso's video I have decided on a Tilta Shoulder Mount Rig (with Olof's wooden handle) but I can't find their website anywhere. Their presence on ebay seems to be through another store and there's no base plate.

Anybody know how to reach them?

Thanks

you can email them or i can sell you mine. Bought it but end up not using it at all.

There is a Canadian reseller that offers them at a good price. I got mine from there. Prophotographygear.com I think.

I don't know whats going on with Tilta. I have tried to reach them to find a way other than emailing Huang direct which is the way I purchased mine, but it seems Tilta isn't returning my last few emails as they did before. I hope they didn't go belly up because they make a nice product. I read a trade article around NAB that Tilta was partnering with Genus but nothing specific on what type of products they are partnering on was given.

Ned,

i replied to BOTH of you the SAME EMAIL with the SAME content. As a matter of fact, I send you the email first but you don't bother respond back.

@10AM i send you the first email. I wait and nothing back from you. Around 11AM, truelife respond back and commit to buy. I wait for you but still nothing from you. I sold the unit at 12PM.
@12:05PM, i sent you an email to tell you that i sold the baseplate already.
@ 3PM, you email me back and asking some other unrelate stuff and even tell me that you will have to buy new.

I ain't sit around with the thumb on my ass to wait for you. Who respond and commit to buy then i'll sell. Please go back and check all the email. It is very classy of you to call others "punks". Emailed me with nasty respond and still called yourself "professional"?

If your in the US then email huang@tilta.com.cn direct. This should work but don't be surprised if it takes a few times or a couple of days. That's how I got mine.
In the email give the model number for the pieces you want. Make it clear you want to purchase the items not get information about the them and how to pay for them. I used Paypal and I'm pretty sure that's still the way Tilta does payment. Hopefully in a few days they will send you an invoice to make the order.
It's a strange way to do business but the Tilta is a very good rig and it was worth it.

Yesterday I emailed Huang and got a return email this morning. He referred me to rkanar@switronix.com. Evidently Switronix is now the US distributor and, because of limited production capabilities, are selling through a direct sale site only. That site is teamtilta.com.

To follow up on what Pegasus said, to order from TeamTilta.com you need an invite. PM me with your e-mail address & I can send one to you.

Full disclosure: Once you sign up on Team Tilta, you get $20 for each of your referrals that places an order. So I'll be happy to get plenty of $20 coupons of anyone I can send an invite to ;-)

---

Also, they just updated their prices today & I have a baseplate on its way to me.

I just went through this and rkanar of switronix would not send a password. So if they don't want to make it easy to do business with them, why bother?

Although the base plate was about $30 more than switronix at least a real live human who I can understand can be found at:

if you haven't ordered yours yet send me a PM with your email address and I will get you a referral. Others have ordered with no issue and shipping is free unless you want it faster. It’s a strange way to do business for sure.
