But Cody honestly the majority of people when they watch anything visual they are looking for a story or a message. If there was a message in this video I did not get it. But if this video was made for people to enhance their acid trip then hey the video is excellent. But if you want people to see your art as thought provoking then put something in the film that would make people think about a message or story .

I just saw it as a visual depiction of the music... nothing you really need drugs for.
 
I agree with John Hudson, too much of a good thing. I liked the song, but the single element thing is an awfully hard thing to pull off. I think some other elements as cutaways would have quickened the pace. But overall it was pretty cool, albiet a little boring.

Best thing i ever seen here. Normally what i see here i already seen millions of times (what changes is that are recorder on video).

Ye I agree. Great video. Looks to me like the kind of film that would look great projected behind the band. Little clips like this rock and can be nicely woven into features or future films.
I liked the start of elephant which (if i rember correctly) was just a telegraph pole with time-lapse clouds and a bit of folley/music.

Had a look at your site too and I like the personal/visula feel to it. I say **** the search engines. I like the purely visual navigation.

+ Your mate in the Rabbit video has a creepy look about him. He reminds me of the aphex twin guy in the windowlicker vid. :thumbsup:

wow, thanks for the replies everyone! A few of you hit the nail on the head for what I was going for. I think I will shorten it a bit and play with the climax. I think I will put it on my reel, it looks so pretty on the big screen.

John Hudson - have you noticed that I took your advice and gave my website viewers a little more direction? (I have instructions on the title of each page)

PK - I appreciate your idea, and I have thought about posting some text, but I don't really have anything I want to post right now. I get about 100-200 hits a day.

i checked your site, it looks the same...no directions that i can find. i do think it's pretty cool with just pictures though.
 
very nice, i liked it very much, something a little hypnotic and innocent about it. its pretty.
