Sol M. Veteran Oct 9, 2011 #2 The THM file is basically a JPG file with clip information stored as EXIF data. They're small files and good to keep around with the MOV file for referencing that clip information during post production.

Sol M. Veteran Oct 9, 2011 #4 Any image viewer that can read the metadata in JPG files can read the EXIF data in THM files (because they are JPG files). If the app doesn't display the THM files, you can rename the extension to JPG and they can be viewed.
