C100: This is why you always wear headphones. What is this noise?

So, after sitting down to work and listening to half of my footage from my shoot, I hear this lovely sound.
I have no idea wtf it is, but it's in the background of all of my recording. I'm trying to think of what could have happened, I shot outside, put the camera in the car, drove back to the studio, and everything from back in the studio from that point on as this in the background.
Yes, I am a complete jackass and didn't put my headphones back on when I got back in. Why? Well, as stated, I'm a jackass.
Denoiser has gotten rid of the noise, mostly, but I am left with some nice tinny watery dialogue in places. Just awesome.
Any ideas what could have caused this?
The microphone is a Rode NTG-2 and it is recording fine now, in fact, the last 2 segments are fine.
Not sure what it could have been, nothing is loose, and the camera was moved, turned off and on, and a battery changed throughout that.
I had it recording to both channels - and both channels are affected.
The only thing I can possibly think is that the AA battery in the Rode went bad? But I had it sent to phantom power.
Any ideas what this noise is?

I believe I managed to duplicate it this morning just now, I didn't hear the beeping but a slight hiss when wiggling the XLR input into the C100.
Perhaps the XLR input was loose or became jostled on the way back from the outdoor scene.

Over in the FS100 forums, we found an interesting beeping noise too.

It's a long thread:

It seemed to be about certain SDHC cards. Some did it, some didn't. I never heard the beeping thing on my FS100, I've never (ever, ever) heard it on my C100.

All my cards are C10 Transcends.

In the early days of the C100, there was an oopsie with (IIRC) 16 GB C10 SanDisk SDHCs?

I had bought a Sandisk Ultra microSDXC 64 gb class 10 card for a hero 3 and it didnt work. Now I hear that there was a problem with the card.

I agree about the need for headphones. How else will one know if there is some rustling sound due to the lav wire rubbing against the dress? During interviews, at times the person speaks at a lower level. If you are not monitoring it, then how can you use manual mode? You have to then use AGC.
